Here are some troubleshooting tips if you can’t log in:
1. Forgot your username?
Your username comprises the first 5 characters of your name**,** followed by the last 5 characters of your NRIC/FIN. (For example: ADAM LEE, S1234567Z – ADAML4567Z).
2. Forgot your password?
a. Use email to reset (set up your verification email first)
b. Answer security questions
c. Ask your subject teacher to help reset
d. Submit this form to the School Admin to ask for password reset (opens in new tab)

f. Email us at qtss@moe.edu.sg
3. Account locked?
a. Submit this form to the School Admin to ask for account unlock (opens in new tab)
