  • Head: Kouzes and Posner’s Leadership Challenge Model 

  • Hands: Provision of developmental platforms for self and peer leadership

  • Heart: 1-1 mentorship


Programme Highlights

  • Potential participation in CYL Quest Global trips to Japan or Vietnam to study Social Sustainability

  • 1-1 mentorship by teachers for customised growth

  • Opportunities for formal student leadership appointment (e.g. Student Council)

  • Access to leadership development programme and tools e.g. Student Leadership Practices Inventory

We welcome students who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities. The CYL DSA programme is for those who demonstrate empathy, initiative, and a commitment to others.

Through authentic community projects, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, students grow as future-oriented leaders, developing strong E21CC competencies and a positive sense of self.
